Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant – Excellence in French know-how
The title of Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV – living heritage enterprise) is a mark of recognition by the State, awarded to distinguish French businesses for their excellence in craft and industrial know-how.
Sign Design Society Award
The Sign Design Society is the organisation for signage professionals in the United Kingdom. The agency received the jury’s Special Award.
Inclusive museum
Tactile Studio received the German Federal award for Universal Design for the project work at the Historisches Museum Frankfurt (Historical Museum Frankfurt), in November 2018.
Grands Prix du Design
The Grands Prix du Design each year reward the creative talent of professionals who improve the quality of life and the built environment, as well as the private and public clients who entrust them with their design needs.
Tactile Studio received five gold and silver awards for four inclusive projects in 2021: The Jones Beach Energy and Nature Center – New York; The Natur-Park Schöneberger Südgelände – Berlin; The Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec (MNBAQ); and La Biosphère – Montréal.
Zero Project Awards
The Zero Project aims to support the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and to work for a world without barriers. The approach of the organisation is to research and share innovative practices and policies throughout the world.
The inclusive design agency has been awarded for its inclusive multi-sensory and hybrid trails in 2022.
EDAD – Design für Alle
This German organisation, dedicated to design for all, awarded the agency the “Special Mention” for the presentation of an accessible multi-sensory station concept.

Musée d’Art Contemporain de Montréal – MAC
The museum received the “Prix Développement Raymond Bachand” from the Défi sportif Altergo, for its initiatives in inclusion and accessibility.
Wellcome Collection, London
The Being Human exhibition was shortlisted by the Museums + Heritage Awards in the category “Permanent Exhibition of the Year”. This exhibition also received a commendation in the New York Times.
Gruuthusemuseum, Bruges
The Belgian institution received the “Europe’s Most Welcoming New Museum Award 2021” from the European Museum Forum.
Musée des civilisations de l’Europe et de la Méditerranée – MUCEM
The Marseilles institution was awarded the distinction of the 2020 Trophy for Accessible Tourism in the Places to Visit category, by the “Tourism et handicaps” association.
Musée de la Romanité, Nîmes
In 2021 this museum was awarded the “Marque Tourisme & Handicap” for its initiatives in support of four kinds of disability: auditory, mental, motor and visual.
